This photo was taken last weekend in Berea, Kentucky just as the sun was rising. The previous day had been very grey/cloudy, so the sunshine was particularly welcome. It is like God’s love which is always there, but is still special to feel directly shining upon us.

Sunshine is indeed a blessing! We have had so many dreary days in Iowa recently that when the sun does come out I want to sing for joy and do cartwheels!!!! Well, maybe not the cartwheels !!
