I am fascinated by birds. A few weeks ago, I was watching a bird that was absolutely stationary in the air. While I was amazed that the bird was able to do this, I couldn’t help but wonder why was she just hovering high in the sky? I’m not even sure what species she was because of how high she was. The two thoughts I had were 1) looking for fish (she was right over the coast line), 2) because she could. I mean, it must be thrilling to soar in/through the air!

There are times in life when staying still is an accomplishment.
